Ministry of the Week: Messengers of Christ

We are a ministry committed to evangelization and service to our parish community. We are blessed to organize the plays during Holy Week, including the representation of the Living Stations of the Cross at Laurel Park, as well as the celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe every December 12, featuring dances and the representation of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to Saint Juan Diego.

Our ministry is made up of children, youth, and entire families who, united by faith, put their talents at the service of God and the Church. Together we seek to carry the message of Christ through every play, celebration, and moment of encounter with our community.

Our preparation for the Holy Week plays begins in January and extends until April, depending on the date Holy Week is celebrated each year. Rehearsals for the dances in honor of the Virgin of Guadalupe take place from August to December.

We believe that every rehearsal, every presentation, and every service is an opportunity to proclaim the Gospel and strengthen our faith as a community.
